IF you can't do traditional exercises, do what I do: Exercise to senior’s Chair exercise video, and U Tube chair exercise videos -they are Free. When I first started chair exercising, I have to say, I thought the programs were very lame. Why? Because, there is no heavy lifting, no repetition-that makes you scream stop and no perspiring.
How in the world did I lose 15lbs, and 5 inches?
The reason I chose this type of exercising is because I have a severe back injury, and I can tell you that these chair exercises have strengthened my core and my legs, tremendously. I feel terrific.
My advice to you is to get off the couch, and sit in a chair and do the exercises. If you combine my fitness pal with chair exercises, you will be healthy and fit like I am. Good Luck
