Sugar

My program recommends eating 25 g of sugar. Then it recommends eating three fruits and five vegetables. It's impossible! I'm over my 25g after eating two fruits. My fruits are berries and apples. My vegetables range from broccoli, green beans cauliflower. I eat a large salad every day. I add almonds or walnuts, chia seeds, 1/2 apple or berries and cheese, onion, celery, carrots, and romaine lettuce. What should I change to stay at my 25g?

That's probably supposed to be your goal for ADDED sugar, not natural ones in fruits and vegetables.2
