still the same weight. :( But will keep going. Hoping my McDonald's lunch won't ruin it more.

Day 11
Stayed the same weight as yesterday. Up from 1 week ago by 0.8. Trying not to be discouraged as this is day 8 of workout and that kind of week that holds onto water. Measurements weren't much different either, hoping cuz of bloat.

Day 10
Tricky day. Helped at school function. Should have been easy to resist the 2 bites of sausage & 2 bites of cheese but didn't. Then took Sinon for Frozen Yogurt. Why did I have some???? Ugh! Well ate the caldo verde soup for late & dinner. But didn't keep up on water. Did 1/2 the workout, just upper body.

Day 9
okay stayed the same weight today. But maybe it's because I didn't drink water yesterday or maybe because I ate out last night or maybe building muscle. Eating out I tried to pick something that sounded like it could be on the plan or at least close to it

Day 8
Gained again. Here's the deal. On day 7 I missed my workout & strayed at dinner time with cheese pizza & beer. Cleaned out the fridge & then preferred to go to Mineshaft. But I handled drank lots of water yesterday so I think that helped so that i only gained .2. So worked out this morning & will drink & eat properly!

:( . gained 1 lb. Wrong direction. Combination of not sticking to the plan, not drinking the water, and maybe the strength training. ok today at work i must stick to drinking the water to combat this week's body trend to retain water!!!

Again gained .2! Sure must be either water retention or muscle gain.

gained a little! Hope it was due to building muscle from the Shred workout!
