Hello All: I have both T2 Diabetes (controlled with diet/exercise now) and a slow thyroid which is making weight loss a real challenge. I'd love to find some people in the same boat who are also looking for motivation, encouragement and support.
Mine was that after several bad eating days I ate "good" because I wanted to, not because I had to, and I stayed within my calories and still managed to get in a li'l ice cream. Yay me!! :D
It just seems that no matter what I do the weight either doesn't move at all or it moves in wrong direction. :(
