Working out calories for some made broth/stock
How would I work out the calories for the stock I just made? 1.2kgs beef bones 150g brown onion 3 star anise 1 tsp fennel seed 2 inch piece of ginger 3 cloves 12 cups of water Everything is removed from the pot to leave the clear broth.
