Only been a week
Its my second week of calorie counting and exercise. I've been burning at least 200 cals a day and then not eating these calories during the day. Is anyone else having 1000-1300 cals per a day and 30 minutes of exercise 3-4 days a week? If so is this working for you how much have you lost, how long have you been doing this plan? etc
