Hi, was just wanting to know how people get on with sticking to their calories each day and how much weight your losing over whatever period of time. Just wasting to know if this will work. Thanks :)

    Thanks for your reply, was you sticking to the suggested calories in take and how long did it take you to reach your goal if you don't mind me asking.
