Keto food adversions
Hello all, I wanted to jump on the low carb bandwagon again but the thought of meat and eggs (I did keto for a year a couple of years back, tried a couple of times since and the food is killing me) makes me gag. Any suggestions?

Hello, I'm currently trying to lose weight-I hired a trainer and she gave me macros and workouts. However, I'm not losing ANYTHING. I'm 5ft and about 153lbs. She gave me a calorie count of around 1603-F 55grams C-124grams and P-153. Any thoughts? Should I go lower since I'm not seeing results?

Hello all! I am dieting and trying to lose weight but struggling with the MFP stuggestion of 1200. I'm 5'2 147lbs and would like to be around 130ish. Should I bumped up my calories or stick to what I'm doing? I feel like I'm exhausted all of time and constantly thinking about food. Any help would be appreciated
