I enjoyed how it made me feel and found it easier to lose weight, less cravings for chocolate and sugar which are my downfalls.

Because I'm not losing, I dieted hardcore in my early 20s and yo yo dieted the past few years. If it will take longer then I guess I'll just wait it out. I just don't see if it's the correct amount I should be eating why I'm not losing.

Nope, couple weeks out. It's SO frustrating. I felt like 1600+ calories was a lot so I'm just wondering if I should back it down.

I'm not having issues losing, I'm just struggling with wanting to stay on track. I have lost about 1lb average a week. I do use a food scale.

I actually just get the veggie because I love it and it's around 250 calories for a 6 inch. Chicken breast is yummy as well, cured meats that are full of fat will have more calories.

Cold brew and cashew milk....cashew milk tends to be thicker and creamier than almond. I don't use any sweetener but I do sometimes use sugar in the raw packets (20 cal/5g carbs) and makes it just sweet enough without the aftertaste of stevia.

Some gum uses sugar alcohols as sweetener, which depending on how you look at things are negotiable. Gum is terrible for your teeth anyways, at least that's what my dentist has always told me lol
