    GW ???

lol I have no idea how much I'm supposed to weigh. I've always been overweight! I was probably 260 at my heaviest in 2003 before I started Atkins & lost 60 lbs. I lost another 20 a few years ago & got down to 180 but then it crept back up and here I am. I'm determined this time is it. I have a slender frame. Websites say I should weigh between 147-165. We'll see, I guess!

What are you other 5' 8" Gen X ladies aiming for?

Well, I'm 5'7.3". ;) My goal range (now in maintenance) is 128-133. (I spent most of my adult life yoyoing from 139 to 161.) However, I have a small bone structure and not much muscle so I look better at lower weights. Body fat percent is still around 27-28% even now at goal range (I'm planning to start a recomp--eat at maintenance while strength training--after my race on May 13 to try to gradually lose a bit more fat and gain a bit more muscle).

147-165 sounds like a reasonable range based on your stats. If I were you, I'd maybe aim for 165-170 and then re-evaluate. I had worked to get back to 139 and then re-evaluated and still had more body fat (especially in the belly) than I wanted so I decided to go lower.

Cant complain. Tried maintaining in April and did ok. I suspect this 1.5lb is water. Back at it in May!

    Highest weight - 305 (2010)
    Starting Keto weight - 269(Feb 1, 2017)
    Goal Weight - 225

    4/26: 243.8

I'm now at my lowest weight since I graduated college 19 years ago! I have noticed that I stall about every 3-4 weeks then bounce 2-3 pounds for 3 weeks. I just finished a 3 week stall at 247 and whooshed 3.5lbs off this week.

    update 5/3: 242.2lbs

(41 y/o female--trying to get used to writing that, my birthday was on Saturday!--5'7")
    Highest weight - 161
    Starting Keto weight - 150.6
    Goal Range - 128-133

    3/1: 133.4
    4/5: 130.6
    4/12: 131.6
4/19: 130.6 (moving average is down to 131.2)
    4/26: 130.6 (moving average down to 130.8)
    5/3: 129.6 (moving average 130.4)
5/10: 131.2 (moving average 131.0) I did indulge in more carbs than usual over my birthday weekend, though still technically in "low carb" range: birthday GNO on Friday, birthday ice cream with the fam and birthday date with DH on Saturday, then a friend gave me a homemade birthday cupcake on Sunday. That last is the only one I regret.) I was up to 134.2 on Monday morning so I've lost some, not all of the water weight.

I'm getting excited since I am now less then 5 lbs from my goal weight.

Wow, awesome work! Please tell me your secrets for that lovely steady weight loss. I am quite a lot heavier than you and I lose very randomly (several weeks at one weight, drop a lot suddenly, then bounce back up a little bit and repeat the cycle).
