@elize7 you have done incredible!! I understand that it can be frustrating when you don't continue to lose when you are putting in the effort. You lost an amazing amount of weight, I am also so proud and happy for you!!!! It may just take you body some time to catch up to all the wonderful changes you have made.1

I'm late to this thread, but I think doing this may help me be a bit more accountable after about a month of laziness.

First goal weight is to be below 200
Realistic goal weight is to be 170-175
Ideal goal weight is to maintain between 150-160

Now that those two back-to-back special events are behind me, not planning any more unusual indulgences for a while. I do have a trip coming up in June where it may be a little more challenging to stay LCHF, but here is where the added flexibility of maintenance may come in handy. We'll see how it goes!
Happy at how well I've been staying in my maintenance range though; I've stayed in it (other than one or two bounces just above it around TOM) since March 8, which is better than how things went last spring when I first hit goal range ... and then hung out mostly 0.2-5 lbs above it for 8-9 months.3 -

I haven't been posting here for a couple of weeks apparently. Scale isn't moving much but my body is different thanks to the Meativore May challenge. I'm on the cusp of wearing a medium shirt whereas a month ago I was walking around in an extra large, so that's pretty rad.

I went on vacation for nine days and put on 4.2 pounds which in my opinion was not bad considering I had too many carbs and will probably have a whoosh by next Wednesday!

I went on vacation for nine days and put on 4.2 pounds. I weighed again on Monday and was down to 127.6. Today I was very excited that I am at 126 pounds which was my pre-vacation weight. I have only 1 pound till I reach my goal weight of 125 pounds!

I'm now at my lowest weight since I graduated college 19 years ago! I have noticed that I stall about every 3-4 weeks then bounce 2-3 pounds for 3 weeks. I just finished a 3 week stall at 247 and whooshed 3.5lbs off this week.

Mar 29/17 - 196 (this pains me.... I had a huge 3 day fail and gained 11lbs! I have been working my butt off to come back down, but my TOM is approaching so its been slow going. hope next week will be a much better story!)

May 3/17 - 194 - missed a few weeks, and have been bouncing between 191 and 195. Hoping May will see me into the 180s and I can get back on track!
May 17/17 - 191 - back down to my lowest and hopefully out of the 190s next week! had to make some tweaks to my eating, and hit many bumps, but I feel comfortable now and I am confident the scale will start moving down again
June 7/17 - 200 - I am mortified about this. I have messed up huge the last couple weeks, plus my period, and recent car accident - I can't believe I see the 200s on the scale again. I cleaned the fridge out yesterday and did a big keto shopping trip, so today is day #1 - so far so good, but dreading the return of the "keto flu" - but I deserve it for how lazy I have been with everything!5 -
@Scochrane86 I am so sorry to hear about your difficulties this past month! Life certainly does throw a wrench into our plans sometimes. I'm so glad that you are here because you will get the support and motivation that you need to be successful!3

It's been not quite a month since I've checked back in here. I've had my ups and downs over that time. I have discovered alcohol is not my friend, not only have I lost any tolerance to it, it takes up to a week before the scale will move again after indulging. It is just not worth it for me. That said Moscow mules are delicious!!
I'm happy with my weight loss overall! 28lbs more to go!

Interesting 2 weeks of June so far. I've been fluctuating with 5lbs. I like seeing a solid numerical loss, but- hey, can't complain much with all the positive non-scale changes going on.
I goofed up over the weekend with my macros, so I am sure my body is readjusting itself....and it will take its time in doing so...lol.2 -

I'm declaring that I am at maintenance! I am working on re-composition so eating to gain muscle but at a deficit to lose fat...very tricky and daily changes.

Purple ketostix, only 2.6 pounds more to go and then I'll be at the halfway point of getting back to goal weight. Have had a few loss days this week, so I'm feeling pretty good about that.6
