Is bald sexy?
On some people, but not this guy. And my hair is leaving quickly! So, is anyone out there experimenting with a hair-loss remedy? I have been looking into several, but hoping to get some real testimonials before I make a decision. Thanks in advance.

AG1 (Athletic Greens): Joe Rogan
I've been looking into multi-vitemans lately, and with so many on the market, I am at a complete loss. One that keeps popping up, less on mainstream advertising, and more-so on reddit and forums is AG1. Apparently supported by Joe Rogan. Does anyone have any insight on AG1? Or any others you have have success with? Thanks…

You should never use TRX if you're over-weight!
This is what a fitness trainer 'buddy' of mine told me. I got the TRX Suspension Trainer for Christmas and was telling him about it. Obviously I know he is motivated to say as much to entice me to go to his gym, BUT, is he right? I am admittedly overweight. Pushing close to 250lbs right now. How I let myself get back to…

To (or not to) F45
I'm back on MFP after a lapse for a few years. The last few, like others, has been pretty rough on my diet and fitness. Gyms were pretty much closed for 18+ months this way (Canada). The diet has been really good the last few weeks, but I need to get back to working out. I was ready to pull the trigger on a conventional…

Healthy Relationship with Food?
How does one build a healthy relationship with food? I am obsessed. If food is around it consumes my mind. I was at a work meeting the other day and it was catered, which for me, is the worst. Big table in the back of the room loaded with food calling my name. And when we do break for lunch, I am almost embarrassing.…

How low to go?
Talking reps and maximum weight. I've been lifting&dieting for about 6 months now. I've managed to lose 45lbs and defined a bit of muscle. But I want to now focus on building more muscle and not worry to much about losing weight. I've been told to decrease my reps and increase my weight - but to what extent? Are we talking…

Add back calories, or no?
Should I add back the calories I burn daily at the gym doing cardio? OW: 252lbs, CW: 228lbs, GW: 205lbs - started this journey in JAN. I've set my daily calorie intake to 1700. I've been advised to not add any calories back for lifting, which I understand (I think), but should I add back the modest 200 cals I burn during…

Frustrating Plateau. What can I do.
I started my journey back on January 1st of this year and have made great strides. Went from 252 and now sit at 232, which I have been for almost 10 days now. I've changed nothing. In fact, cut out even more beer out of the diet. Super frustrated and wondering if any ideas on how to get over this hump. Thanks in advance.

Coconut Oil: Yay or Nay?
I've typically got some Calories and Fat to spare every day, so is it worth it to add a tablespoon of this stuff to my after workout shake? (was recommended) Are the health benefits real? What do you think?

Carb % ?
Reading conflicting reports. I am down 20lbs and looking to shed another 25lbs. (started out at 252 back in Jan). Just curious what my ratio of Macro food should be. Right now MFP has me set at: Carb: 40% Fat: 30% Protein 30% Really new to the nutrition game. So looking for any advice you can shed. Thanks in advance.

Could it be Sodium?
I've been stuck at a weight for 2 week's now after dropping a quick 20 in 10 weeks. Super frustrating. I've been keeping under my calorie goal consistently, still working out...the only thing I have noticed is that I have been consuming more Sodium than I was initially. Is this my problem? Thanks in advance.

Time to cut calories?
I've been plugging away at diet and exercise for about 10 weeks now and have lost 20lbs - with a goal for at lease 20+ more. Question, I have not adjusted my daily calorie intake on MFP, but was recommended I should. Should I, and if so, how much (%)? Thanks in advance.

To eat, or not to eat....
So what's the deal. Should I eat something before I work out first thing in the morning? Also, I have a coffee on the drive to the gym... Thanks in advance.

Advice: Weekend's Too??
Should I lift on the weekends? I've got a great gym at work, and in the routine of a Monday --> Friday 6am workout. I always start with 20 on the treadmill to warm up, followed by 30 minutes of weights. I focus a different group each day. M: Chest; T: Tri's and Abs; W: Back; Th: Legs; and F: Bi's and Shoulders. Saturdays…
