I have come to the realization this morning that I might have an Binge eating disorder. I find myself buying junk food and eating it while alone. There is sugar in lowfat milk????????
How is it possible that 1 cup of 2% milk has 12 grams of sugar?? That doesn't make sense!

Need help with breakfast, Please!
Can anyone give me some ideas for breakfast? I eat lunch at work after I drop the kids off at school, so it has to be something that is easy to put in my lunch bag. I don't like yogurt, so that's out. What do you have for breakfast? THANK YOU! :D
