I just don't see how you can consistantly only get 20g everyday. I mean so many foods have carbs even fruits. I have been trying low carbs but I still end up around 50-60g a day. Can yall give me examples of your daily diet?thanks
Have only had 2 meals today and gained 6lbs!!!! Wtf! So frustrated. Didn't even eat THAT bad. Yes my diary is open. Just happened to had weighed myself this morning and weighed myself after I took a shower after dinner.
Just curious. Most I lost was 7.8lbs. Went on a 20hr fast and did a 10k run that day. Also gained most if it back eating dinner that nite.lol
Its so irritating and discourageing! I was eating 3-600cal meals a day but since my weight explodes so easily I have to turned to Intermittent Fasting. I do a 20-4 window(1800cal meal).It seems to be helping with my weightloss but I still gain 3-4lbs when I eat that meal too...
I had read in men's health that performing one burpee burns one calorie. Is this true b/c I have been doing a 100 burpee's a day for a while now and haven't been adding it to my fitness pal exercises.
Gonna try to lose 40lbs by April 6th when my first born son is due. I know it's gonna be tuff and none of my friends believe I can do it. Gonna try my best and proof them wrong! Plus I want to be a fit dad for my first born.
