I do a class called body sculpt, it's 1 hour of kettle bell, hand weight and long bar weights, generally doing squats / lunges/ crunches working various muscles, how best can I track this? thanks

Very long journey but nice kit start!
So I got on the scales today (after 5 days) and I have lost 2.5 lb... I know it’s not a lot, and i have a huge journey ahead of me (My goal is 91) but it’s a nice way to take me into the weekend!!
