I have never understood (despite asking again and again) the meaning of this and now I think I do!! thank you!! :) I thought... in order to be eating at a calorie deficit you had to be exercising more calories than eaten.. i.e eating my allowance of 1340 therefore I have to be exercising 1341 + to have 'deficit'
-
and to be in calorie deficit I need to be burning more than I am eating correct? thanks re the weights
-
this was just an example, for some reason I am struggling to figure it out! so I eat my 1340 + what I have been allocated exercising (but not all as its over estimated) is this what they call calorie deficit?
-
silly question, just to clarify my stupid mind! so if: My daily allowance - 1340 my exercise - 583 ideally I need to be eating less than 583 to loose weight... or up my exercise to allow me to eat more? thick I know but im V new to this!

that's great info thank-you... as I mentioned I am very much an amateur... what do you mean by 'eating at the proper defecit'?? I didn't realise weight lifting was so beneficial!!! thanks
