Body sculpt - tracking

I do a class called body sculpt, it's 1 hour of kettle bell, hand weight and long bar weights, generally doing squats / lunges/ crunches working various muscles, how best can I track this?

    I do a body sculpt class that sounds a bit less intense than yours. I log it as calesthenics with light effort. There is one for vigorous effort too I believe. It's just a ball park based on my perceived effort - I've gotten pretty good at estimating my calorie burns based on perceived effort (I think LOL).
