Phase 2 of weight loss journey
Hi everyone, I'm so frustrated right now! I've been logging in my food on Fitness pal and staying within my calorie goals set yet I'm not losing weight. I'm not sure what's going on. Any suggestions, anyone, please help?

I need motivation, BAD! Phase 2 is harder for me after losing 80 pounds, I still have 50 to go. What I did previously is know longer working. HELP!

I'm really trying to lose weight, the weekly scale visits are not reflecting my hard work. I'm not exercising, but I watch what I eat most of the time. It seems like I should have lost some weight in 3 weeks, due to less calorie intake. Anyone have some ideas?
