Phase 2 of weight loss journey

I need motivation, BAD! Phase 2 is harder for me after losing 80 pounds, I still have 50 to go. What I did previously is know longer working. HELP!

    Can you try group fitness with weight or resistance training? There are tons out there like spinning, Crossfit, etc. Doing something different could also shake your body up a little plus you'll be instantly introduced to new people.

    What have you been doing for exercise? What does phase 2 mean?
