Lost a total of 14 pounds
I am so happy. I lost a total of 14 pounds since Jan.26. I went from 210 to 196. My clothes is falling off me. LOL. :D I got to go buy me some clothes that fit for losing weight. I love that. <3

I Lost a total of 8 pounds!!!!!
I lost one pound this week. I was 210 on Jan,26 now I'm 202 that a total of 8 pounds. :D I am so glad that I am doing better losing weight this time. I would have given up by now but since I am losing at least a pound a week I will keep going. :D

Size 14
I lost another pound. I am now 199 pounds. I went from a 1x to a size 14 dress. :D I am so happy. I had this dress put up when I started gaining weight. I got it out to see how it fit & I fit just great. I am going to wear it today for Valentine's Day. I haven't been able to wear this dress for years. I'll have my husband…

I lost 2 more pounds this week. That's a total of 10 pounds. I went from 210 to 200 :D :D

Walked 5 miles
I just walked a total of 5 miles today with my husband. We usely walk 4 -5 miles a day. We do like 1 - 2 miles in the morning then 2 - 3 miles in the evening. (*) :)
