6:50 a.m. - Breakfast - Smart Ones Cheesy Scramble with Hash Browns. 210 calories, 7g Fat, 4g Fiber, 14g Protein.
9:20 a.m. - Walked 3 miles with my husband.
12:00 p.m. - Lunch - Atkins Stone Fired Tree Meat Pizza. Protein 26g, Sugar 2g, Carbs 11g. One fruit cup.
5:00 p.m - Dinner - Weight Watcher Smart Ones Fish & Chips. Cal: 310, Fat: 14g, Fiber 2g, Protein 11g.
6:00p.m. - Walked one mile with my husband.
7:00 p.m. - Had a slim Fast Shake for snack.
Had 6-28oz glass of water.
