muscle groups
I really need advice on what's the best muscle groups to work on togethor & how to split them up between days. I really always end up doing the same thing every workout & do alittle of everything and I know it doesn't give my muscles a rest day.

Hiya, I'm fairly new to this & this seems like a great app for me. I'm an exercise sports major & I am not quite needing to loose weight. I'm fairly toned & I know if I ate right ( basically eat whatever & never change) I could be so much better :| any suggestions on what to focus on doing first?
