Hiya, I'm fairly new to this & this seems like a great app for me. I'm an exercise sports major & I am not quite needing to loose weight. I'm fairly toned & I know if I ate right ( basically eat whatever & never change) I could be so much better any suggestions on what to focus on doing first?

Hi there! Well the question "what to focus on first?" Is circumstantial considering you already said you do not wish to lose weight and you're already toned, what is it that you exactly wish to do now? Gain muscle mass? Get even more* toned? Maintain a better diet?0

I'd say to be more toned in my stomach area. I'm fairly cut there but I know nutrition is key and your not going to get abs from just the exercises. Being in college isn't kinda hard always eating right.0
