Weight gain
So, I have done all the right things! Stayed in calorie allowance, exercised and my clothes even fit loosely. Why is the scale saying I have PUT ON 2lbs. Confused.com. Thoughts,ideas for y'all?

Calories gained through exercise
A general question. When you exercise you get a "credit" to your daily calorie allowance, so you calorie allowance is more the more you exercise. Can I just ask everyone, what do you do with that "credit" do you actually eat a bit more?

Calories and Strength Training
I am, along with cardio, doing strength training, however, I have noted that when logging strength training on My fitnesspal there are calorie values? Unless I am missing something. Can anyone comment?
