So, I have done all the right things! Stayed in calorie allowance, exercised and my clothes even fit loosely. Why is the scale saying I have PUT ON 2lbs. Confused.com. Thoughts,ideas for y'all?

    Weight fluctuations. I 'put on' 2lb on Thursday. It was gone Friday. Your weight will go up and down but you should see a downwards trend. Always weigh yourself at the same time in the same clothes too. Gaining 2lb would be over eating by 7000 calories which I'm sure you haven't done! Just remind yourself of that

    Weight loss isn't linear. I was up over a pound this morning from yesterday, but that's because I had a lot of sodium and I'm heading towards TOM (which, luckily, you won't have to worry about).
