Calisthenics. Will I build muscle?
I have pretty severe arthritis. I used to lift weights, but it's impossible for me at this time since I need wrist surgery. I still want to continue working out though. Will body weight exercises help? Will i be able to gain some muscle?

Healthy, good tasting recipes?
What are some of your favorite healthy recipes? Bonus points if they have lots of veggies. I'm at a good weight, but I would love to incorporate more vegetables and less processed foods. I've tried a few recipes on Pinterest but nothing stood out. I find myself not eating all of my meals simply because I don't care for the…

Advice needed
I've put on about 20 pounds since the beginning of the year and I started lifting in February. I'm currently 5'4 112 pounds. I've gained a decent amount of muscle in my arms and legs, but now I'm starting to get love handles and that awful lower belly fat. I don't want to lose the weight I've worked so hard for. Is there…

Eating more since I started lifting?
Not sure if this is the right forum to post in, but I'm hoping someone can help. I started lifting back in February. I love it! Ever since then though, my appetite has been ravenous. Fighting the urge to relapse
Hey there, I've been in recovery since earlier this year. I've made so much progress, but I still find myself struggling almost daily. Currently I feel I'm on the verge of a relapse. Therapy helps but I don't feel it's enough (I'm supposed to be in OP. My insurance doesn't cover it) I have no support at home. I asked my…

Gastroparesis friendly recipes?
I'm having a difficult time maintaining my weight. I managed to get up to a healthy bmi earlier this year and now I'm nearly underweight again. I feel like I'm losing all my progress. I'm hoping to expand my palette of foods so that maybe I won't dread the thought of eating. And to anyone that doesn't have gastroparesis…

Cardio exercises for lower body injuries
Hey guys, so yesterday I ended up pushing myself a little too far. I have arthritis and I did too much. Now both ankles are really swollen but I still want to work out! I don't want this to be a setback. Does anyone know of any cardio exercises I can do while I recover?
