Brown rice protein plus bcaa's for full aminos?
Hi everyone, I'm a vegetarian and am looking for protein solutions that don't have diary, soy or pea! These are all things my dr has suggested I'm intolerant to. So brown rice protein sounds like the option. But what essential aminos will I be short of? So I can make up for this in bcaas. Thank you!

Hi all, I have been recommended this protein powder but there are next to no reviews about it. The brand is Genetic. I want to know if anyone has tried the chocolate, vanilla or strawberry?
