lost 3 1/2 pounds in 4 days by eating less and cutting out choc! Except for 1 oreo which I couldn't resist!! So pleased. Just need to keep at it and not fall off the rails

i wish you could type in the exact amount of grams you ate of a food, rather than having to do a bunch of maths with fractions and decimals. I'm terrible at it!

Grams/containers/cups etc.
They have really weird amounts on this app. I find it really hard to measure how much of each thing I eat, because I don't weigh everything I eat. It's also irritating me how some drinks don't have a ml option!

30 day shred
does anyone know how to put level 2 of the jillian michaels 30 day shred into exercise? I think it only wants specific exercises, but this is a workout dvd. I have no idea how many calories it burns.
