How to read the gym scales!
I'm just back from an 11 day holiday and eat healthy and calorie counted the full time. I stood on the gym scales today and it said 12:09.2 does this mean 12stone 9 lb or 12stone 9 ounces? hi! I was just wondering if 3/4 pounds a week is normal? I have been losing that consistently for 13 weeks, I was over weight when I started, but now my bmi is normal, I am wanting to lose another 20lb. I'm eating right and exercising! Just a bit concerned incase it's to much to lose every week! X
