Loosing inches but not a lot of weight!

im just back from a holiday and lost 2 pounds while I was away however, when I look in the mirror I can see a massive difference and people are saying I look so much skinnier since when I went away! I haven't took my measurements but is it possible when you are nearing you're goal weight that you lose inches rather than pounds? X

Taking measurements is always a better judge of progress because you can lose inches even though the number on the scale may not change.
I have a lot of co workers who say it looks like i've lost way more then 20lbs :) ill take it!

Thanks honey! My body fat percentage has went down 2 percent since I went away! I went to boots today and got it all done! So I need to take the measurements aswell tonight and see what it is! Xxx

What measurements are men supposed to take? My mid section is the biggest it's ever been. Is that were I should concentrate?

Yep. No one can see the number on the scale; everyone can see how you look.
