Need help with reciepe
so I'm new to cooking healthy food. Frozen pizza, Mac n cheese, corn dogs, yup that was me before about three weeks ago I saw a post about zucchini noodles instead of pasta noodles because it's healthier now I saw zucchini and bought some they look like cucumbers. I'm lost in what to do with them. HELP!?!?

Help quitting smoking
i know I know it's a disgusting horrible habit and I have quit twice in my life when I was pregnant with my children now I'm starting my transformation with exercise and eating right my last bucket to kick is smoking and it's hard so so hard! New Girl seeking nutrition advice
