Bicycling after open heart
im 51 had quad cab bypass 4 months ago. Been doing treadmill from three weeks after, at one month started light lifting. I've trimmed the waist enlarged chest, arms and legs since op. Went out today did a 10 mile in the woods moderate difficulty ride with a 1/4 mile section of 12% uphill. I feel great can't wait to start…

Exercise timing
Was told by Dr. I been exercising at wrong time. You burn your carbs and sugar in the first hour or two that's when I should exercise. After 2 hours she says I'm burning my protein and letting my sugars turn to fat. Depriving my muscles of the protein they are begging for.

Back again
Using this to lose weight again. Worked first time doing great this time. Had open heart surgery lost 30 pounds want a few more off now it's getting tough.
