How many calories does your Elliptical say you're burning? I average 224 cals, 2-miles, 24 minutes. Level 6 for first 5-min warm-up in the 60s. Then I reduce to level 5 and stay in the high 50s. #LifeFitness X3o Just wondering what everyone else is getting?

I can be intimidating. And this is how I got over it: Find a curb that gradually gets deeper and hop your way down. I found one at my local highschool stadium. I'm digging the fit of MPG and Maia. And currently sporting hot pink compressors -- #*$! those shin splints.

Fill a water bottle. Strike a pose
My water bottle takes over a minute to fill. So, I nstead of just standing there, I have trained myself to do quickie exercises during the refill. I alternate refills with calf-raises, sumo squats or yoga poses. I read another poster does squats every time she gets up from her desk. This can be motivating to exercise more.
