    Well this month I am eating under 1800 calories, working out at least 4 days a week and doing burpees every day.

    This is a good mindset. I'm really trying to tie physical activity into my daily routine, but my lazy mind and lack of willpower gets the best of me. If I can just make a truce with myself that I must do it everyday for just a month, then maybe it will become a habit and stick

    This month I am trying to cut out all sugary snacks. Biscuits, cakes etc. been slipping slightly this last week as I've had 'extra calories' but I know I should be replacing with nutritious calories & not these empty ones. Good luck all

    February is my nutrient balancing month and it's killing me! I have to do something fun for March ;)
