My water bottle takes over a minute to fill. So, I nstead of just standing there, I have trained myself to do quickie exercises during the refill. I alternate refills with calf-raises, sumo squats or yoga poses.
I read another poster does squats every time she gets up from her desk.
This can be motivating to exercise more.

Every time i go to the bathroom i do a handstand or squats, depending. Its super effective!0
