how does everyone stay on track during vacation? More importantly how does everyone combat the drinking and food temptations?
Anyone doing iifym? I just finished my first day yesterday and couldn't hit my macros (but within 200 cals). Looking for support :)
I found a few different sites online... all giving me different ounces to drink. I know the 8 cups of water is old news. Does anyone have an article or a legitimate non-bro-science website they can suggest?
