How much water should I be drinking?

I found a few different sites online... all giving me different ounces to drink. I know the 8 cups of water is old news. Does anyone have an article or a legitimate non-bro-science website they can suggest?

Nope. All bro science here. Drink 4-20oz bottles of water a day and you will be fine.0

Nobody should have to tell you how much water your need to drink. You are you and you know your body more than any one. Drink as much water as you want/feel content and just listen to your body.0

I don't think there's an exact amount per say. What I've always read is half your body weight in ounces. But this could be excessive for some and not enough for others.
Myself, I aim for 2-3L a day. It's summer here now and much easier to drink plenty of water0
