Just curious how much macros I should be consuming a day. I have lost 50+ pounds and would like to now start building muscle. I am a 19 year old female, weighs 179lbs and 5’8. I was thinking my macros should be.. carbs 35% protein 35% fat 30% Should I have more protein and less carbs? Thanks.

Does doing insanity workouts help with weight loss?
Lately I haven't been losing weight, even though I am eating healthy & working out. I've looked online that other people who have stopped losing weight started doing insanity workouts. Does doing insanity workouts help more then just normal cardio & lifting? And does it show better results?

How to prepare for a TRI 4 Cancer Marathon?

Advice on different workouts or exercises?
I've been doing the same routine for the past 7 months now & lately I've noticed that I hit a "wall" & can't lose the last 30lbs. Need to lose the extra 30lbs in 14 weeks!!
