Advice on different workouts or exercises?

I've been doing the same routine for the past 7 months now & lately I've noticed that I hit a "wall" & can't lose the last 30lbs. My usual routine: 30mins on elliptical & 30mins on either the treadmill or the bike & a few mins lifting weights. I personally just like doing cardio & some weights but I think I need to change my routine in order to lose the extra 30lbs. So I was wondering what kinds of workouts or exercises that could help me get back on track? Any tips or advice is much needed. Thank you!
