Fitbit gave me no calories?
I have my stats set to sedentary. Normally, once I hit ~3,000 I get exercise calories added to MFP. Yesterday I walked ~5,000 and got like 100ish. Today, I walked 7,000 and it gave me a measly 3 calories. So I walked a little more to give it a new number to sync. 7,300 and now I have 0 exercise calories? What the heck?

Fitbit adjustment goes down?
I have a fitbit. I have MFP set to sedentary. Earlier today, I synced my fitbit at 6,400 steps and got an exercise credit of 212 calories. Just now, I synced again to end the night at 6,650, and my exercise credit went down to 151. What the heck? Why did I lose calories for ~200 more steps?

How do I lose weight working at a restaurant?
I started working at a big restaurant in August. And don't get me wrong, I struggled a bit with willpower before that point, but since then it's been damn near impossible for me. I've gained 10-15 pounds. I get free bread and soup whenever I want, so yes I try to stay away from that now, but for me the bigger issue is I…

Baked goods are my destruction
I like to bake. And for about 60 days, I was doing really well on MFP. Exercising, staying in budget, good stuff. However, when I eat where I just have to "guess" the calories, such as eating out or baking, I lose motivation to continue counting at all. So, I haven't really been counting the last two weeks or so. And the…

Coffee and Weight Loss
I'm new to coffee. In the store, I saw the bulk coffee (that you grind right there). There were a bunch of different flavors (creme brulee, cinnamon roll, vanilla, etc). Does this add more calories to the coffee? I know to be careful of what I add to coffee, but I want to make sure these flavored beans aren't adding…

Same food, now hungry
I'm 30 days into MFP, and I've been eating the same meals for breakfast and lunch for most of that time (weekends and dinners change though). I've been going to the gym about 3 days a week, for the last 3 weeks (not so much gym that first week). But, in the last couple (4 maybe) days, I've been much much hungrier. Friday,…

I deliver pizzas- Sedentary or Lightly Active?
So, it's hard enough resisting the free pizza, but I'm not sure if I'm sedentary or lightly active. I work 3 days a week, ~8 hour shifts. During that time, I'll spend at least an hour in the store, preparing food (ie, pouring olives into a container), moving/or folding boxes before I start taking deliveries. Then, I power…
