Carb/protein/fat ratios
I believe MFP has a default carb/protein/fat ratio of 50/30/20 (or something close to that). I've seen lots of different opinions on what the "ideal" is - low carb, high protein, low (or even high) fat. Just wondering what others are using, or have found helpful?

High-fibre cookies
I'm wondering if anyone has a good recipe for high-fibre cookies? I use Bowel Buddies (I know, they don't sound appetizing). They are made in Canada, and sort of like Dad's Oatmeal Cookies (even come in the same 2-pack) but are very plain. They're high in fibre, low in fat, but are also low in protein and high in sugar.…

Headaches
Has anyone experienced headaches while changing their diet? I've been eating healthier for about 9 weeks now, joined a gym a month ago. I never used to suffer from headaches, but I seem to get them often now - especially in the evenings. Could it be sugar withdrawal, or something similar?
