Fat macros ... grrrr
When reviewing my nutrition macros I have a serious problem interpreting my FAT macro. I have cut back on fats, 2% milk, 85% lean ground beef, low/ fat free products, and am doing well. However, I take a tbs of olive oil and 3- 1000 mg fish oil capsules daily. My problems is that I always seem to be in the 38- 43% range.…

So it's called recomposition?
After reading this article I feel like I am on the right track. Only now I know what I am trying to do. I am at my target weight of 185, +/- 3 lbs, with 1" of fat on my waist I want gone. Going to try increasing my protein intake and sweat harder. I would like to be 185 lbs with 20% fat.

Almost at my weight goal.
Lost over 22 pounds over the past year. Body mass index numbers coming down real good will be at normal weight numbers very soon. And my blood pressure numbers look good as well. And I can thank MyFitnessPal.
