What is the impact of diet soda on weight loss and over all health? I think I am addicted to diet soda. I really want to kick off this annoying habit but not very successful yet. people with similar habit / success with doing away diet sodas?

We can eat everything in moderation. But I have seen that whenever I do not eat whole grain I feel bloated and gain a pound or two…
