I'm addicted to terrible food. I love fruit and veg, but my intense cravings for things like ramen noodles always takes over and I end up always giving in. :( its awful. I need help.
I worked out intensely last night but I woke up and I'm not sore like I usually am. Does that mean my workout wasn't successful?
Every day I'm ready to go out the door at 5am and don't return home as late as 10:30 pm. I'm so exausted by time i get home, but I still manage to fit a late night workout in :s I'm looking to add people as motivated as I am!
