We started going to The gym for strength training. I am about 20 pounds overweight. I feel self-conscious wearing spandex pants that all the young girls wear, but that's the only thing that I have been able to find. Suggestions?

I walk on my treadmill 45 min a day. I just started adding incline to increase the intensity. What is the proper way to record this? Fitbit cheating me
I have my Fitbit synced to MFP. I did 45 min on the treadmill at 3.2 mph and MFP only gave me 18 calories. What am I doing wrong?
