So I’m slightly overweight and I thought, let’s do insanity with Shaun t. Posting to see if anyone else is doing insanity or bought it and never used it. It’s a hard program and getting through all 60 days may be difficult as motivation wanes. I’m starting from scratch with little to no cardio. Anyone in?
