60 day insanity challenge

So I’m slightly overweight and I thought, let’s do insanity with Shaun t. Posting to see if anyone else is doing insanity or bought it and never used it. It’s a hard program and getting through all 60 days may be difficult as motivation wanes. I’m starting from scratch with little to no cardio. Anyone in?

It's an interesting choice for someone who doesn't do any exercise currently as it's not really a beginner programme. Good luck!0

I did it in the past about two years ago. It’s doable. It reminds me of the sports I used to do in high school. I’m an all or nothing type of gal.0

I’m mixing it with kettlebells so one week I’m doing KB then the next week Insanity
Just because of my shift patterns I wake up and work or as it’s the only time I can do it0 -
Hi there! Insanity is awesome- I have done the program in the past (5ish years ago) and loved it. Just did it again over the past two months and my final workout is tomorrow! The results are definitely worth the time and effort you have to put in (6 days a week, 40-60 minutes per day). My word of advice (if I may), it is VERY intense and only gets more intense the further into it you get. So if you’re starting with little to no cardio you might just want to do a lower intensity program to start out with to build endurance and make sure you don’t get injured. A month or so would probably be enough time. But I have also heard of some people jumping into insanity from nothing and they had success. Good luck! You can do it0

I’ve done insanity before. I’m already on day 6 and while I can’t get through without extra stops I e already noticed a mark improvement.0
