Hello Everyone, Is there any report or any stats on this site which shows the projected weight loss based on our daily diary which we can then compare to the actual weight we lost and see if we are on the right track??
I am 31, and set a target for myself to lose 20lbs, already lost 5lbs, 15 more to go. Any tips and suggestions are welcome. Lets help each other by telling the secrets of successfully shedding extra lbs, and be a motivation to everyone... Are you up for it?
