I am 31, and set a target for myself to lose 20lbs, already lost 5lbs, 15 more to go. Any tips and suggestions are welcome. Lets help each other by telling the secrets of successfully shedding extra lbs, and be a motivation to everyone... Are you up for it?

    High fiber, low sodium.
    Fiber will Help in aid To shed pounds. It will clean your pluming so you can absorb better nutrients, (veggies & fruit)
    Sodium absorbs water stores (as water weight) instead of allowing the water to hydrate your body.
