I'm trying to achieve my goals, but my self esteem is horrific. I hate everything I see in the mirror, I compare myself to all the other beautiful girls with nice bodies and I feel sick with jealousy. Haha, anyways has anybody successfully beaten bad body image?
I usually don't because I want a bigger calorie deficit for the day, but if I'm feeling really hungry or craving a snack I do allow myself to eat back my exercise calories (today I allowed myself an extra granola bar, because I earned it :sunglasses: ).

On a weekly basis, I walk for about 4 and a half hours (about 3 mph?) and I go on the elliptical trainer for an hour. Would you guys say I fall into the "lightly active" category? Thanks :)
